• Landscape Maintenance packages must be approved and signed by customer before Services can begin and last for 12 full months following the month that the service begins

• Approving the quote is a binding contract between Yardsharks Of Charleston and the customer

• The cost of all services that are agreed upon in tge quote are calculated over a full 12 month period and broken down into 12 even payments which will be invoiced around the first day of each month and is due upon receipt.

• First and last months invoice must be paid in full as a deposit befire services will begin

• Mulching and/or pinestraw Services will be invoiced separately and is due upon services being rendered & discounts will not be applied to this service due to cost of materials.

• Customer are responsible for completing the one-year contract in full.

• Customer can stop services at any time during the course of the 1-year contract. However, any balance still due on the total yearly cost of the 1-year contract must be paid in full by customer.

• YardSharks Of Charleston must provide all services listed in the approved quote during the course of the 1-year contract & wilo be solely resposible for deciding when each service will be provided.
