Below is a list of our 3 landscape maintenance packages. These are worry-free landscape maintenance packages. All services will be automatically completed at your property at the proper times of the year without the homeowners having to request them. These are yearly package deals and all services will be discounted, saving you a lot of money. You can choose from our 3 Packages. GOLD, PLATINUM AND DIAMOND. With the Gold Package being the least thorough and Diamond Package being the most thorough. We will calculate the cost of all services over a years time and break it down into 12 even payments that will be invoiced on the first of each month. Thisnwaumy there will be no surprise bills and you will pay the same amount month after month. BASIC MAINTENANCE

*SPRING/SUMMER SERVICES

(MAR 15 - NOV 15)

- mowing

- edging (street, driveway, beds, etc)

- weed-eating

- pruning flowers/trimming shrubs (as needed)

- picking up loose debris (branches, pine cones, acorns, leaves, etc.)

- removing weeds

- Fertilizing flowers/plants (Miracle-Gro, 10-10-10)

- blowing (driveway, yard, porches, etc)

*FALL/WINTER SERVICES

(NOV 15 - MAR 15) 

- mowing (as needed)

- edging (street, driveway, beds, etc)

- leaf mulching/removal

- picking up loose debris (branches, pine cones, acorns, leaves, etc.)

GENERAL CLEAN-UP

- pruning trees up to a maximum height of 9' from the ground

- cleaning up work areas and loading up trash/debris for disposal at an off-site location

- cutting back ornamental grasses

TREE WORK

*1X/YR (pruning dates will vary depending on species)

- pruning out dead/unwanted branches (thinning)

- raising canopy to a minimum of 7' from the ground

- cutting branches away from home/structures

- cleaning work areas & placing trash/debris on street for pick-up (off-site disposal is available at customer's request, dump fees may apply)   

PRESSURE WASHING

(house, patios, sidewalks, pool area, driveway, fountains, sculptures, etc)

- soaking surrounding landscape

- applying chemicals & allowing to soak

- pressure washing & rinsing structures and/or surfaces   

WINTERIZING

- empty out water lines

- turning off water supply

- insulating pipes

ROOF CLEARING

- removing debris/trash from roof (blowing and/or sweeping)

- cleaning up & bagging fallen debris

IRRIGATION INSPECTION/ADJUSTMENTS 

- powering on system

- adjusting watering times/days in accordance with the weather

- running through each zone

- checking all spray heads for proper coverage

- checking entire system for leaks, clogged lines or any issue that may be interfering with proper flow of irrigation water

AERATING 

*This service is done in accordance with the spring fertilizer application to allow the chemicals to  be inserted into plug-holes to penetrate deep into the roots of turf

- aerating turf to a depth up to 3“
